1I can't login to my account.
You can reset your password at Only the most recent reset request email will work so it is important to only use this form once and check your spam folder.
2Can't access Prism reports.
When accessing Prism as a subscribed member if you see a screen with "Take the Test" and instructions, please click the button and the next screen will list reports.
3The app doesn't load all pages.
Making sure your internet connection is stable try logging out and back in to your account. If the pages still do not load please get in touch with us at [email protected].
4The app crashes on loading.

This could be because of an issue connecting to our servers. Please follow the steps below as appropriate.

On IOS follow these steps:

  • - Tap Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
  • - At the bottom of the page you will see a list of apps, click on BR360
  • - Press "Delete App"

Now download and install the app as usual.

On Android:

  • - Go to "Settings" > "Apps & Notifications" > "BR360"
  • - Tap "Storage"
  • - Tap "Clear storage" and "Clear cache"
  • - Tap the back button
  • - Tap Uninstall.

Now download and install the app as usual.
