One of the main complaints in everyday life is ‘but I haven’t got the time’. Sadly, many people quit before they even begin because they think they haven’t got the time to reach their goals, even with fitness apps like Battle Ready 360. Really, it’s all about priorities. You need to focus on what your priorities are and change them if required. Then it will be a whole lot easier to make time for your goals.
It’s time to start living a life you love…
Want to know how you can stop feeling like you have zero time for anything?
Here’s how…
Make TO-DO lists
Making to-do lists or using an app like Trello is a very simple, yet effective way to organise your time. Start by making a list of everything you need to get done during the day but be sure to include those ‘you time’ activities. Such activities may include going to the gym, getting out for some exercise, meal prep etc. Get everything on your list and if you want to be super-organised, then you can even allocate time slots to each task – this is a personal fave of mine. Tick each task off as you complete them and it also gives a sense of accomplishment. Positivity from every angle!
Pinpoint your goal – then make time
What do you feel like you are not making time for? Is it yourself? Is it a hobby? A friend? No matter what it is, pinpoint it. Write it down and then get out your diary. Can you schedule a time slot for your goal? Arrange a time each week for you to get to the gym or see that friend. Once it’s arranged and in your diary, you will see how things just work around you.
Make some life changes
Do you feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders and you are suffocating under the pressure of it all? If you feel like it’s impossible to get time to do anything you want, then maybe it’s time for some real-life changes. Think about what you can change and what is in your control? Can you change your job? Your location? Maybe you could get more help with life in general. If it’s finances, what can you do to enhance them? Where there is a will there’s a way.
Limit your phone usage
Phones, social media, and technology can be extremely time-limiting. If you have time to sit on your phone, or watch TV, you have time to do something productive with your time. Phones are responsible for eating our time up, for nothing in return (unless it’s your Battle Ready 360 fitness app, of course!). What does checking social media actually achieve? Limit your phone usage. If you are a serious addict, then you should schedule in times where you stay well away from it.
Changing your life for the better by prioritising your tasks, is the way to live a more fulfilling life. Sometimes you can get carried away with things and forget yourself, or your brain can just become so full you can’t think logically.
Making to-do lists and writing in your diary allows you to take control of your time again. You will be able to get your life back on track and prioritize the things you want to.
