Matthew ‘Ollie’ Ollerton is best known for his role as DS (directing staff) on SAS Who Dares Wins, with his latest book ‘Battle Ready: Eliminate Doubt, Embrace Courage, Transform Your Life’ now a renowned Sunday Times best seller.
A former Special Forces operative with the SBS, Ollie has undertaken operations in some of the most dangerous and remote locations on the planet and is one of the most highly trained fighters in the world.
He was one of the first members of the UK Special Forces to turn his experiences, both positive and negative, into a force for good. Battling the horrors of war and defeating his own problems with alcohol abuse, Ollie can say first-hand that he has the skills and knowledge to help others defeat their demons and embrace success.
Turning 50 this year, Ollie is now on a mission to prove more than ever that a healthy mind and body can overcome any obstacle put in front of you.
His new health and wellness fitness programme, co-founded with his SAS Who Dares Wins’ partner Jason Fox, aims to inspire people of all abilities to develop a passion to live life better.
Building on his successful BREAK-POINT courses, inspiring leadership and development among the public and corporate sector, now Ollie and his team of professionals are aiming to target a wider audience to channel the power of the mind and reach their physical peak.
Jason Fox is a former Royal Marine Commando and Special Forces Sergeant, serving for over 20 years and becoming one of the country’s best-known military veterans.
Joining at age 16, he passed grueling selection processes, gaining experience as a combat swimmer, demolitions expert, Special Forces dog handler and jungle survival expert.
And after bowing out of the military with PTSD, ‘Foxy’ has overcome his demons to become an inspirational TV personality, expeditioner and campaigner, who is perhaps best known for his role as DS (directing) alongside Ollie Ollerton on C4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Working closely with his co-star, Jason arranges highly-pressurised tasks that push contestants to breaking point in challenges that are grueling on both the mind and body.
And, alongside Ollie, he has co-founded a revolutionary health and wellness app, Battle Ready 360, designed to bring an elite training and military mindset to more people, to help them be the best version of themselves.
